Your idea & setting
Choose a product reference or describe the subject you want. Include site photographs, your preferred mood and whether the piece is intended for a garden, interior, entrance or shared space.
Useful starting point: reference + location + destination.Size, material & appearance
Share approximate height, width and depth with units. Explain the color, texture and finish you prefer. If dimensions are not final, show the available area and viewing distance.
Review: proportions, material choice, finish and base.A comparable proposal
Clarify quantity, design work, review stages, packing and delivery scope. Ask which items are included and which are arranged separately. Price and timing depend on the agreed requirements.
Keep: a written scope and the same measurement units.Design review & confirmation
Agree which drawings, model views, samples or photographs are needed for your particular design. Record feedback against the same reference so pose, details and dimensions stay consistent.
Confirm: approval points and the version being reviewed.Production review & packing
Agree the evidence needed to review the finished piece and the checks to complete before packing. Confirm component lists, handling points and packing arrangements for the proposed route.
Check: agreed dimensions, appearance and components.Delivery & placement
Confirm destination access, unloading arrangements, lifting access and the responsibilities of the site installer. Fountains, lighting and wall-mounted pieces need their own site review.
Plan: site access, local handling and final installation.Custom dimensions. Wooden crate packaging.

Payment
40% deposit. The remaining 60% is payable once the product is completed and before shipment.
Shipping options
Sea freight and air freight are available. We support DDP, CIF, EXW and FOB terms, as agreed for your order.
Transport insurance
Transport total loss insurance. Coverage and claim conditions are subject to the insurance policy and agreed order terms.
